We offer four services: carry-in and onsite inspection, needle inspection, retouching, and fabric inspection.

Textile product inspection is the work of inspecting and confirming that there are no defects in products manufactured at sewing factories.

Many of the mass-produced products have defects. The aim is to detect defects in products before they are distributed to the market and to prevent damage to the trust of the brands and manufacturers.

Our inspection standards are based on the strict standards of each apparel manufacturer.

Needle inspection of textile products means that, in most cases, needles and threads are used in the manufacturing process, and a large amount of sewing is performed using a sewing machine. It is a work to find it using a needle detector.

If sewn products are put on the market with needles mixed in, there is a risk of injury to consumers, and not only will companies and producers suffer huge losses, but they will also lose credibility. In addition, in Japan, the inclusion of needles violates the Product Liability Law. To prevent this in advance, we use highly accurate needle detectors and hand needle detectors to check for needle contamination in a double-check system.

Inspecting the fabric is the work of checking whether there are any defects such as stains, weaving bars, jumps, thread breaks, etc. in the state of the original fabric before sewing. Product defects can be reduced by inspecting before sewing.

We use a fabric inspection machine to find defects in the fabric.

Fabric inspection is based on the inspection standards specified by our company. Inspect fabrics quickly and accurately. We not only inspect the appearance of the fabric, but also inspect raw materials, processing, etc. For example, we perform simple inspections such as absorption rate inspection of water-absorbing processed products, stretchability of fabrics with specified stretch recovery rates, and comparison of stretch ratio with standard fabrics for fabrics used in products with merit tags.
